About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff, cashiers, and retail salespersons to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the ordering and receipt of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
    • Authorize returns and exchanges, resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
    • Establish and maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
    • Monitor sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 32 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
