Medical Laboratory Technologist Exam Support Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Medical Laboratory Technologists to join our team as we provide support for those re-writing the MLT Exam. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are advancing their careers in the Medical Laboratory field.
As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will work with a team of medical professionals under a collaborative care model, striving to improve patient care throughout Nova Scotia. We offer a supportive environment, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for education and advancement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exam preparation and support to Medical Laboratory Technologists
- Collaborating with a team of medical professionals to improve patient care
- Participating in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

About YouWe are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Graduate from an approved program in Medical Laboratory Technologist
- Eligible for licensure with NSCMLT
- Willing to enroll in the MLT Bridging Program and the Medical Laboratory Sciences National Certification Exam Preparation Course within the Michener Institute
- Registration with CSMLS
- Ability to work shiftwork (weekends and holidays as required)
- Willingness to travel when required
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
