At Paladin Security, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Security Professional to join our Healthcare Division. As a Security Professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors in various healthcare facilities across Calgary and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

* Provide access control and monitor restricted areas of the facility
* Respond to incidents and emergencies, including alarm activations and medical emergencies
* Conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks and hazards
* Investigate and report any irregularities or incidents
* Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure patient safety and well-being

Requirements

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
* Valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain one
* Ability to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
