Job Title: Healthcare Security Guard

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Security Guard to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Healthcare Security Guard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff at our healthcare facilities.

Job Summary:

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for providing access control, monitoring CCTV cameras, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents and emergencies. If you are a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide access control and monitor CCTV cameras to ensure the security of patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Investigate and report any security breaches or incidents.
  • Monitor patient safety and document any incidents or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain one prior to commencing work.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven de-escalation skills.
  • Calm and confident under pressure.
  • Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including walking up to 20km/shift.
