Overview

Paladin Security's Healthcare Division is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Security Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and de-escalation skills, a calm demeanor, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide access control and monitor facilities for risks and security breaches.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency calls for assistance.
  • Investigate and report irregularities, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.
  • Patrol facilities, monitoring for hazards and mechanical issues.

Requirements

  • Valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain one prior to commencing work.
  • Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including walking up to 20km/shift and pushing/pulling 30-pound doors.
  • High School Diploma/GED and a strong understanding of confidentiality in the workplace.
