About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Representative Sales Professional to join our Shared Retail Sales Team at Acosta. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by driving sales growth and distribution across your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve superior results in all KPIs, including sales growth, distribution, rapid market innovation, and sales initiatives.

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with key retail contacts, including store owners and managers.

  • Negotiate sales promotions and bulletins, following various marketing campaigns.

  • Improve merchandising and use of in-store promotional materials (POP).

  • Execute and provide retail sales coverage according to the visit frequency plan, while respecting the allotted visit time for clients.

  • Document visit activities with precision in visit reports.

  • Manage the effective allocation of funds and complete a detailed budget documentation.

  • Act as a category expert, providing relevant retail insights to our clients.

  • Perform administrative tasks, including tracking, submitting visit reports, regularly checking emails for new product information and updates.

Requirements

  • Experience in grocery sales, retail, and/or pharmacy sales.

  • Excellent communication skills, motivated, and passionate about results.

  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Organized and flexible with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

  • Experience in territory management.

  • Experience with MS Office, MS Teams, and visit report tools.

  • Must have a computer with internet access.

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

  • Must be able to store POP at home.
