We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at SANGAM BANQUET & EVENT CENTRE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for registering arriving guests, assigning rooms, and resolving complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail. Experience in the hospitality industry is an asset, but not required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Registering guests and assigning rooms
  • Resolving complaints and claims
  • Processing group arrivals and departures
  • Taking, canceling, and changing room reservations
  • Processing guests' departures, calculating charges, and receiving payments
  • Balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • FOLLOWING EMERGENCY AND SAFETY PROCEDURES
  • Answering telephone and relaying telephone calls and messages
  • Assisting clients/guests with special needs
  • Providing customer service
