Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at SANGAM BANQUET & EVENT CENTRE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure a warm welcome.
  • Complaint Resolution: Resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and calculate charges.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and process guest payments.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures to ensure guest safety.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Special Needs: Assist guests with special needs and provide a personalized experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service to our guests.
