Job Title: Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at SANGAM BANQUET & EVENT CENTRE LTD.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Room Reservations: Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes.
  • Front Desk Operations: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide assistance with special needs.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and maintain effective communication with guests and staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a focus on customer service and front desk operations.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
