Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of pastry chefs and production staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality products.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
