Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and customer orders
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Train staff in food preparation and handling
  • Develop and implement production schedules
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Operate machinery and equipment
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 30-44 hours per week
