Job Summary

Cineplex is seeking a highly skilled Data Sales Account Director to join our team. As a Data Sales Account Director, you will be responsible for collaborating with regional and national sales teams to deliver programmatic managed service solutions to our client and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately forecast and deliver on revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities and key accounts.
  • Secure buy-in from our agency and client partners by communicating the value provided by Cineplex first-party audiences.
  • Work with the wider team to proactively identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and opportunities to amplify existing/upcoming activations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing a solutions-oriented approach to their unique business challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to ensure alignment on goals, allocation of responsibilities, and delivery.
  • Keep senior stakeholders informed and maintain transparent communication.
  • Manage relationships and expectations with the wider team.
  • Maintain a good, current understanding of upcoming films, the OOH landscape, and cross-platform measurement capabilities.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Media planning, strategy, and/or sales experience.
  • Digital media sales experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Experience developing, nurturing, and managing client relationships.
  • Ambition to personally develop and help manage the development of others.
  • Superior computer skills (proficiency in MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel).
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
