Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Assign sales workers to duties and tasks to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
    • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of our customers and the business.
    • Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that our customers receive accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
  • Store Operations
    • Establish and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
    • Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
    • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
