Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Jishnu Vishnu Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of sales staff, design team, and other store employees to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to sales staff to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to meet the needs of the store and customers.
- Order and Manage Merchandise: Place orders for merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a well-organized store display.
- Authorize Returns and Manage Cash: Process returns, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare Reports and Analyze Data: Compile sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to improve store performance.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Lead and manage office staff and volunteers to ensure efficient store operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset. Permanent position with 30 to 36 hours per week.
- Language: English.
