Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Jishnu Vishnu Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stockroom personnel.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Store Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management
- Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- Experience in retail management or a related field is an asset.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular hours of 30-36 hours per week. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
