Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at KAS Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take their career to the next level.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring timely resolution. Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.

Administering Office 365:

  • User account management
  • Email troubleshooting
  • Collaboration tools

Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 Issues:

  • Updates
  • Performance optimization
  • Security configurations

Training and Documentation:

  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides

Other Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and reviewing IT asset inventory
  • Coordinating with service providers for IT troubleshooting
  • Providing on-site support as needed
  • Communicating effectively with team members and end-users

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in desktop support, with a strong focus on Office 365 and Windows 10/11. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues is essential. Additionally, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are also required. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent are a plus.
