Cyber Security Program Strategist

About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Program Strategist to join our team at David Joseph & Company. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational guidance to the Manager Cyber Service Delivery and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in the execution of our cyber program mandate.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance to the Manager Cyber Service Delivery and CISO on the execution of our cyber program mandate.
  • Cyber Program Management: Define, develop, and support cyber programs and initiatives, engaging with teams across the organization to build alignment on key projects and develop execution roadmaps.
  • Client Relationships: Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and partners, upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and accountability to maintain trust and confidence.
  • Incident Management: Manage cyber intake requests, gather information, coordinate with other areas, communicate risks to clients, and follow up to ensure remediation plans are developed.
  • Business Assurance: Lead, define, and implement a business assurance framework along with requisite processes and controls, collaborating across all segments of the organization to ensure policies and standards are followed.

Requirements:


  • Education: Post-secondary degree in Business or Technology or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Extensive experience (over 5 years) with stakeholder management and client relations, strong IT knowledge, and cyber relevance.
  • Certifications: Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
