Cyber Security Project Coordinator

Job Summary
The University Health Network is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cyber Security Project Coordinator to join their Regional CISO office. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking the progress of cyber security activities and initiatives, assessing the quality of security services, and monitoring budget spend. They will also assist in the development of business cases and RFPs, as well as create key reports and business presentations for senior-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Track cyber activities across multiple primary care and Family Health teams, as well as Long term care centres.
- Create progress reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Document cyber standards developed by the Regional CISO and team.
- Interface with member hospital security leads and managed security providers to ensure work is progressing.
- Assist in creating metrics dashboards and capturing monthly scores.
- Accurately track program budgets, invoices, and purchase orders.
Qualifications
- Completion of a community college program in Project Management, Business Administration, or Cyber Security, or recognized equivalent.
- Previous experience at a service desk or other fast-paced environment.
- Experience utilizing programs such as PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security frameworks and fundamentals.
- Project Management or business analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Excellent communication skills to manage minutes, emails, meetings, and client/stakeholder/vendor relationships.
- Process and organizational abilities.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capacities.
