Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Organized, reliable, and team player with excellent communication skills
  • Will train and learn on the job
