- Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure smooth operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Organized, reliable, and team player with excellent communication skills
- Will train and learn on the job
