Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Krawchuk Enterprises Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and train a team of 5-10 food service staff, including food service counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen helpers.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, including food safety and sanitation procedures.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food and service meet company standards.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent waste and minimize losses.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, sales, and other key metrics.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
