About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager - Transportation Infrastructure, you will lead the delivery of transportation infrastructure projects across various scopes and complexities for municipal and provincial clients. Your expertise in planning, design, and construction of transportation infrastructure projects, including highways, urban roadways, bridges, and other civil works, will be essential in driving project success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, delegate, and empower project delivery teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Provide project leadership and design review expertise to clients, ensuring their strategic end goals are met.
  • Develop and implement training and tools to support service delivery and team performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, applying your deep understanding of design, construction, and operation of transportation and civil infrastructure assets.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate project meetings to resolve issues and drive project progress.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of the infrastructure services business unit.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or public sector engineering, delivering transportation and civil infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in closing new business, winning key pursuits, and mentoring new employees.
  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Eng. and/or PMP designations are required.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence others and resolve commercial, people, client, and technical issues.
