Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government agencies
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement company-wide policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree from a reputable institution, such as a college or CEGEP, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant education
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
