Security Operations Manager

National Security Guard Protection Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Security Guard Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our security services and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
Key Responsibilities- Be the point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery.
- Prepare and submit progress reports.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- Security Guard License.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
