- Client Services: Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their requirements are met.
- Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.
- Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our security team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisitioning materials and equipment as needed.
The Security Guard Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
