Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at G4U Security Ltd. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security personnel and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Co-ordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
- Monitor Quality and Production: Regularly assess the performance of our security personnel and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and submit progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Supervise and Train: Provide guidance and training to our security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to handle various situations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Work Setting: Various locations.
- Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, initiative, and team player.
