### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Office Specialist to join our team at CMHC. As a key member of our financial analysis team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial analysis and recommendations to support our government program objectives.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide sound judgement and decision-making practices based on complex financial analysis
* Maintain quality relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives and explore opportunities
* Manage risk by exercising prudence and due diligence while reviewing, assessing and approving applications
* Communicate decisions, interpreting policies and responding to inquiries related to CMHC's housing programs
* Provide input to shape functional policies, products, and processes

### Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Commerce
* Five (5) years' experience in construction financing, real estate, financial markets or credit risk analysis for Multi-Unit properties
* Bilingualism (French and English)
