Lumentum Operations LLC is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Ottawa. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Platform business units by creating operating budgets, capital budgets, and new product development business cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Manage month-end processes, including results reporting and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial statement and balance sheet flux analysis for external auditors.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a high-tech public company.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, along with an Accounting designation (CPA).
- Excellent analytical, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Passionate and excited to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-focused environment.
