About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Enablement Manager to join our team at Manulife. As a key member of our Business Enablement Management team, you will play a critical role in driving change forward and ensuring the successful implementation of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Value Stream Owners, Product Owners, and Technical Program Managers to drive change management and identify risks and issues.
  • Engage with stakeholders to help them understand, plan, and deliver the desired experience or outcome for our insurance products and services.
  • Assist the Value Stream Owner with key monthly management activities, including monthly status reporting, financial reporting, intake review, and prioritization.
  • Support our ongoing agile mobilization efforts and help to establish our go-forward Agile organization.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and resolve conflict.
