Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training
    • Develop and implement effective training programs for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and food quality.
    • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to our company values and standards.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and maintain efficient systems and processes to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
    • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards and presented in a visually appealing way.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
    • Maintain accurate records and files, including staff training records and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
    • Ability to train and develop staff
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
