Job Title: Food Service Team Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at NEW YORK FRIES. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Client focus and team player
- Standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment
- Standing for extended periods
Language: English
Hours of Work: 33 to 35 hours per week
