Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to achieve high levels of performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
