Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at SEVEN STAR CORPORATION - CALGARY. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership Role: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members, including sales workers and other support personnel.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales volumes.
  • Maintain Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, plus benefits including dental plan, disability benefits, and a permanent employment contract with 35-40 hours of work per week.
