Auto Service Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Auto Service Advisor to join our team at T MacRae Family Sales Ltd. As an Auto Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our auto service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and transparent information to customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Work closely with mechanics to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs and perform physical tasks as required
