Service Advisor/Warranty Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor/Warranty Clerk to join our team at Dilawri Group of Companies. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and providing top-notch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet clients in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle client concerns and misunderstandings with courtesy and tact, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Complete vehicle inspections and obtain pre-authorization costs, parts availability, and payments.
  • Review and monitor all appointment files, recommendations, scheduled maintenance, and check for previous service recommendations.
  • Explain recommended services and repairs to customers, ensuring they understand the work required.
  • Monitor the repair process, check job status, and update work in progress, keeping customers informed of progress.
  • Review CSI monthly scores and day-to-day performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Review loaner policies and warranty details with customers, ensuring they understand their options.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the success of our team.
