About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor/Warranty Clerk to join our team at Dilawri Group of Companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
  • Meet and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner, handling concerns and misunderstandings with tact and diplomacy.
  • Complete thorough vehicle inspections and obtain pre-authorization costs, parts availability, and payments.
  • Review and monitor appointment files, recommendations, scheduled maintenance, and check for previous service recommendations.
  • Explain recommended services and repairs to customers, ensuring they are informed and satisfied.
  • Monitor repair progress, check job status, and update work in process, ensuring customers are updated on progress.
  • Review CSI monthly scores and day-to-day performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Review loaner policies and warranty details with customers, ensuring they understand their options.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
