Job Title: Business Development Manager

TNT Property Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, market research, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
  • Manage and coordinate projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions
  • Direct committees and working groups to achieve business objectives
  • Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
  • Resolve product and service-related problems
  • Promote sales to existing clients
  • Deliver sales presentations
  • Plan and manage the facility's operations budget
  • Recommend products or services to customers
  • Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
  • Plan and organize construction projects
  • Identify customers' needs
  • Evaluate the operations of facilities and the included real estate
  • Evaluate construction projects when modifying commercial, transportation, or recreational facilities and real estate
  • Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
