Job Title: 3 Days Left Estimators, Construction

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team at Multitech Contracting 2000. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate estimates of labour and material costs for our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads.
  • Develop and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms.
  • Advise on tendering procedures and analyze tenders to recommend awards.
  • Monitor and adjust contract expenditures.
  • Liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates.
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
  • Review bids and negotiate costs.
  • Prepare contracts and tenders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction estimating.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $33.50-$35.00 per hour.
