Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team at Pineoak Construction Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing estimates of labour and/or material costs, as well as creating and submitting estimate reports, quote sheets, and bids forms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare detailed estimates of labour and/or material costs for commercial construction projects
  2. Develop and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors
  3. Set up and manage cost monitoring and reporting systems
  4. Prepare and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bids forms
  5. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely estimates
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
