Job Title: Construction Estimator

Pineoak Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates of labor and material costs for our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare estimates of labor and material costs for construction projects
  • Develop and maintain a directory of suppliers and trade contractors
  • Set up and maintain cost monitoring and reporting systems
  • Prepare and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate estimates and project timelines
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in estimating or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
