Job Title: Construction Estimator

Pineoak Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Construction Estimator to prepare accurate estimates of labour and material costs for our construction projects. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with our team to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects
  • Develop and maintain a directory of suppliers and trade contractors
  • Set up and manage cost monitoring and reporting systems
  • Prepare and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely estimates
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction estimating or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
