Client Service Representative

BFL Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Assistant to join our Commercial team in Prince George.



As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, and maintaining our high standards of quality and professionalism.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide professional and accurate documentation to clients, including correspondence, certificates, and policy information
  • Process and maintain policy files, cover notes, invoices, and other documentation as required
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations and meet client needs
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to resolve accounting discrepancies and related issues
  • Prepare and process premium financing, as required
  • Assist with underwriting submissions and client proposals, as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions


Requirements:


  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of ICBC and experience with fleets
  • Level 2 license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • EPIC experience an asset


What We Offer:

BFL Canada offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $80,000, based on experience and qualifications.
