Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Kenan Courier and Logistics. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Oversee the daily operations of accounts receivable, including invoicing, credit control, and cash application.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of accounting and related clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on accounts receivable performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
