We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Kenan Courier and Logistics. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts receivable function.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Oversee the collection of accounts receivable, manage cash flow, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of accounting and related clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the accounts receivable function.
- Communication: Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
