Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Kenan Courier and Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train and develop accounting and related clerks to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, providing insights and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and coordinate maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Financial Transactions: Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any work problems that may arise.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work to team members, reviewing their progress and providing feedback to improve performance.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the team's work.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
