Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and support to our accounting and related clerks to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Generate accurate and timely reports to management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is in good working order, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Provide technical guidance and support to team members, and work with them to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Financial Transactions: Ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions, and investigate any discrepancies or errors.
  • Work Scheduling and Coordination: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the team's activities.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Details: Permanent position, 35 hours per week, English language, and work term.
