We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Performance Specialist to join our team at Keste. As a Quality Performance Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to develop and implement effective supply chain planning processes using SAP IBP. Your expertise in SAP IBP and supply chain planning will enable you to drive business growth and improvement for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our IBP Functional Consultants and Architects to develop and implement build and delivery plans that meet client requirements and timelines.
• Establish strong working relationships with client business leaders and project sponsors to ensure effective communication and project success.
• Provide guidance to clients on integrating plans across different horizons and support blueprint sessions to identify requirements and design supply chain best practices.
• Lead weekly calls and AMS ticket reviews, providing detailed descriptions of RCA when needed, and maintain ongoing ticketing systems and customer communications.
• Ensure adherence to client-specific SLAs on ticket and issue resolution.
• Lead supply chain and decision analysis to identify and size improvement opportunities in client supply chain planning, logistics, and distribution networks.
• Consult with clients on effective usage of ERP systems, particularly SAP, and adjacent systems that interface with SAP IBP.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Supply Chain) or BA degree in business with relevant job experience.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP IBP/APO Rollout or Production Support, with more than 2 years in SAP IBP.
• Excellent functional knowledge in SAP IBP and experience in supply chain planning processes S&OP, Demand planning, or Response and Supply planning.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Planning Solution (SAP IBP) and SAP S/4, with overall knowledge of IBP architecture and ability to clearly communicate analysis and solutions to clients.
• Ability to comprehend complex business processes and create necessary documentation to capture these processes.
• Deliver high-quality and efficient work within agreed SLAs and timelines, with capacity to resolve general issues related to SAP IBP S&OP.
• Working experience in SAP HCI setup and exposure to complex interfaces.
• Ability to work closely with client personnel to ensure requirements are correctly identified and documented.
• Must be willing to work in a team and have project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP IBP Certification Associate highly desirable.
