Senior Manager Asset Management

Accoravillage is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Asset Management to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all applicable programs and services within designated communities/regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with other departments for the delivery of provincial programs at the local level
  • Manage an area budget and participate in strategic planning
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and manage community engagement and outreach
  • Ensure seamless implementation and successful execution of all programs and services
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and manage direct reports
  • Act as the community ambassador and representative of all programs, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business, Management, or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years' related experience, including 3 years' experience in a managerial/supervisory role
  • Successful budget management, change management, and relationship management
  • Valid Class N or 5 BC Drivers' License and driver's abstract
  • Computer skills in Windows, MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
