We are seeking a Support Professional to join our team at Ivolve Care & Support. This role involves supporting adults with various needs, including learning disabilities and autism, to flourish in a place they call home.

Person Specification


Essential Qualifications



  • Good general education
  • Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference
  • Commitment to Ivolve's aims and objectives
  • Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
  • Commitment to undertake training and development

Desirable Qualifications



  • RQF Level 2 or above in social care
  • Previous experience in a social care setting
  • Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks
  • Confident IT user
