Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Wireless Fix. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Training and Development: Train and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Performance Management: Monitor and manage the performance of sales staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
As a Sales Supervisor at Wireless Fix, you will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
