Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at DASH BOOKING INC. as a Sales Supervisor. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Employee Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales staff, helping them to improve their skills and performance.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
